Dont know if there are any members from Florida other than myself but
just wanted to let you all know that Rockapella did a show at Cypress
Gardens yesterday (Sun 6/12). That is in Winter Haven- also where Kevin
is from and it was GREAT! The whole family was there and the guys were
awesome- other than sweating a lot they looked and sounded great! Now I
see why Kevin cut his curly locks!
Just wanted you to know- us Florida fans don't see too much of the guys!

I went to neither.  I was at the Hopkinsville one (On my B-day of course),
Louisville, and Henderson.

know, bad first impression)...mainly 'cause you have to know me and
how I am...I'm better in person...I hate typing because there's no
emotion...you can't tell if someone's being serious or just trying to

First of all, let me preface this all by saying this is just my
opinion...

Don't worry about what you post and whether or not people reply.
Unfortunately, too many people get upsetted when posts go unanswered,
or things get overlooked.  This group is small, and so are the other
individual pellamen groups, so I think it's more of a matter of
people forgetting to check the groups more than people overlooking
things, but say, on the main club, it's easy to get overlooked when
it gets busy.  Don't worry about putting disclaimers on your writing,
because telling people to get over it, when they haven't thought
anything bad about your post, will just give them a bad impression of
you.

So anyway, stop worrying about the whole who takes things how.  It
will drive you batty.  If something happens and there are hurt
feelings it can always be rectified via email or the club.  :=) (once
again that's all my opinion only...)

As far as the new rules, yeah photos always were only for members, so
I dont know why they'd send that email...posts weren't always members
only though...

I guess we'll see when the change happens...

It's nice to know that someone cares...(if someone reads that and
gets offended by it, saying this as politely as possible, get over it

I posted a Scott pic and an Eli pic in their seperate groups and
nothing was said about it...I mean I didn't expect 'rave reviews' but
I thought someone surely would've commented on the fact that Eli's
just adorable to begin with...real life or painted...
and I thought that since I'm waiting another 3 LONG months to give it
to EL, I would go ahead and post it for fellow 'Eli-Is-Adorable' fans!
It obviously didn't go over like I thought it would...oh well! Who
cares?

like they said to and I turned out fine, but...I thought the photos
and the other sections where always "Members Only"...are they doing
this because some group owners may choose to keep all of the areas
public and Yahoo! would rather have EVERY club a MEMBERS only place...
oh, whatever...I hope that huge 'question' made sense...it sort of
did in my head, but that's not sayin' much!  :Þ

Not that I know what they look like exactly (at least not as well as
I know what Kevin looks like, i must know every curl on his head by
now hehehe j/k) but that pic is really nice.  Keep up the good work.

As far as photos go - there seems to be a new policy coming into
effect on 8/21 on Yahoo where you have to belong to something else in
order to see photos in clubs.  I haven't looked into it yet, just
keep in mind that things we see now might vanish...lord knows what
Yahoo will lose if they are changing anything.  I'll post the email I
received in a seperate post.

Actually he's been growing it longer lately, so it's probably that
moreso than humidity, though I'm sure humidity would have interesting

It does seem that way.  Maybe it's the humidity, that tends to make

I finally got my Vegas developed...they suck!!! I can't believe this!
Alan was the one who took them...'cause we knew he didn't want to go
through and meet them so he said he'd take the pics...yeah, Mr.
Wannabe-Photographer...When I first saw them my first thought
was 'Jesus, I need to start running again!' :Þ but my second
was 'What? Was he doing cartwheels while taking these?!?' Good
Lord...whatever! at least I got some pics...I'm just glad the whole

Hey Guys...

WARNING: I'm copying this message and posting it into every
group...so don't hate me if you see it a gajillion times!

I scanned new pictures...(it took me about 3 hrs, but they're there!)
anyway...the only picture I got from the STL shows was of FRED...but
that is definately NOT a bad thing...(hee hee...that's muh man right
there!) I did get something signed there so that's up, too.
Now, as for LV, I just got back today (well it's 1 in the morning
here so last night!) and I haven't gotten my M&G pics developed
yet...so for now I just scanned in a signed pic of my Slimer (Beetle)
(which happens to have a "obsessive-ness", "stalker-ish" license
plate!) and I attempted to scan a big pic of Eli and Elliott that I
drew...it didn't go well at all! I ended up having to print out a
very small version (as much as I could scan) and then go back and
scan the printed version...so it's like a copy of a copy...but it
still looks O.K. (...enough)!!!  STRESSFUL!!!

I too agree with liking the longer locks on Kevin.
However, time for a color touch up.  I like it lighter, even the

Ariana -- yeah, one of them was me.  I told him (very
enthusiastically) to NOT cut it!  I love it long.  Very boingy and
fun.  And I think it makes him look younger.  Though the gray has got
to go ;).  I like it blonder but it wouldn't look natural that color
in the winter...  I dont know.  I love the man regardless.  He could
straighten his hair and dye it green and I would still love him.

A bunch of us did have a hair conversation with Kevin in St. Louis.
He said something about having to redye the roots and Sue volunteered
to do it and he agreed, LOL. He asked people if they thought he
should cut it and all 3 of us...one of them was me, I forget who the
other two people were...maybe Amy? Sorry the whole weekend is one big
blur by now lol. All three of us said he should leave it long, so he
said OK I will.

I really love the color of his hair and at this length it is now. I
have a picture of the two of us from Hofstra this past year and I
don't like his hair like that (short, and he had just dyed it) I
don't like his hair on In Concert, too short and too dark. It's
perfect the way it is now, IMO :)
