ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCTION COSTS for Vol. II of the cookbook! What this means
is that our special "Earth Angel" friend has underwritten our fundraiser so
that now EVERY SINGLE PENNY of the $20 donation for each cookbook goes
DIRECTLY TO JWR!

What a wonderful gift this is to us AND to JWR! If we receive donations for
