Paul had a very low-pitched, deep voice.
Things you can do to affect the deepness of the low end: Lower larynx;
maximize resonant chambers in the mouth/throat; extend jaw and lips;
small lip opening; get chest resonance... etc. Theoretically, nearly
any pitch you can sing with the vocal folds can also be used for
karg/Tibetan monk chant voice. Practically, that requires, well, lots
of practice.
I can get a low rumble down around 35 hz or so, but can't do melodies,
etc., that low: http://khoomei.com/low.htm
