-I too am a believer. I'm an enrolled member of the Nez Perce tribe
and have blood ties to the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe. I
am the decendant of one of the most powerful medicine men on the Nez
Perce Reservation. The use of sound to heal can be found throughout
the the world. I have used sound to help relieve pain and stress.
In one case, a lady came to my aunt to be prayed over and my aunt
called me to help. I used a mixture of traditional Nez Perce vocals
and Khoomei. When I was done, this woman could not move for 10-20
minutes because she was so relaxed. She told me that she had tried
accupuncture, message therapy, and everything western medicine had to
offer, in order to relieve her stress and nothing worked. I don't
understand how some people can be so close minded, when they have
nothing to lose and everything to gain.
