You are Invited - Special Night at Cafe Pasta


Greetings...

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to meet a very interesting
artist, George "Bucky" Buchanan, who had been referred to me by a
client. I was very impressed with the style and feeling of his work.
Last week end, during the Furniture Market, Bucky and his wife Kim
joined us for a dinner party here at the house. They live in rural
Persons County here in North Carolina with their two children.

Kim Buchanan is a highly talented songwriter and singer in her own
right. That evening we played her recently released CD, ' Will I ever
Know' which was an enjoyable and relaxing sound. But the real discovery
was the personality and presence this couple has and the synergy they
generate. It's obvious that Kim is a seasoned performer and knows how
to engage the audience in her work.

So the stage is set. Thursday night, November 4th, at 5:00 PM, Cafe
Pasta will present the Buchanan's for An Evening of Art, Wine and
Music. With this invitation, you are invited to join us at Cafe Pasta
to meet the artists, see the art show, and taste some wonderful wine.
Beginning at 5:00 PM, complimentary wine will be served until 6:00 PM.
After six there will be a cash bar and special flights of wine for
tasting showcasing Cafe Pasta's newly featured Argentine Alamos Ridge
Chardonnay, Malbec, and Cabernet. And in addition to the regular
wonderful menu, there will be several special dinner offers that night
as well.

Bucky will create a painting live and be talking with guests between
5:00 and 7:30. Kim will begin singing at 7:30. In addition to all the
paintings on the walls at Cafe Pasta, there will be prints available
(which can be signed and personalized) and Kim's CD. There will also be
special pricing on the featured wines, by the bottle or by the case.
