Hello,

I hope all is well with you as the summer comes to a close for many
of the kids out there.

I have just returned from a wonderful week of music and friendship at
the Swannanoa Gathering just outside of Asheville, NC at Warren
Wilson College, and getting sleep since I have been home has been one
of my prime objectives - that is the one thing I do not get at this
gathering.

I think I have recovered, and am ready to play again. So . . . . .

The other featured songwriters are the host, Rob Seals, & Carla
Ulbrich. Carla is from Clemson SC, and has received rave reviews for
her debut CD. I hear that her performances are filled with humor and
excellent musicianship. I am so looking forward to seeing and hearing
her tonight, and I hope all of you in the Greensboro area will come
out and support this wonderful event.

Saturday they have a woman's songwirters night, and the music
begins at 8 pm. I go on at 10, and play for an hour. Jubal will not
be able to attend this evening's event, so I will be performing solo.
I think the music will continue on til 2ish.
