That is something I have always wondered.
Other bands, like the Beatles or Stones openly sang about marijuana
in some of their songs, yet the Kinks only talked about alcohol.
Ofcourse, they were a rock band in the sixties...so you'd think they
would...
In the song Sunny Afternoon it has been said the lyrics are "Lazin'
on a Sunny Afternoon"...but I still stand it's "Blazin'..." perhaps
the only marijuana reference of the Pye era?
