Hi.
I have a wavedrum, rim, remote editor, and original stand and i'd happily sell them - the only problem is i'm in London (UK), the drum's with my friend, in Chicago - and i'm having trouble getting hold of him!
It is quite an incredible instrument - i have another over here in england which has been on loan to a professional percussionist who's recording a new album featuring the Wavedrum and various other retro electronic & digital percussion.
Let me know if you are serious, and perhaps we can sort something out...
Regards,
michael

LOL, I guess I'm not buying one in this lifetime.
It's time for the new Aurisis controller to come out, eh?
I know a really accomplished percussionist, multli-instrumental
would love to help you develop it. (nudge, nudge, wink, wink).
How are you doing, my dear friend?
How are things coming along with the EDP-V?
Will you have anything to show by the festival this year? I have a spot reserved for you , even
if you want to come at the last minute.
Let me know,
love, your brother, Rick

hi, availability is low, this is the best site to find one fast, usual! ly there is one owner wanting to sell if the right offer is made. check ebay, craigs list and search the internet ( should have info and history etc ) and ebay everyday til you find one, probably a low of 1000 were made to a high of 3000, I dunno for sure. you are lucky to pay a low of $1000 to $1,800 and a high of $2,500 + for one, depends on condition, color, accessories etc., and how much owner wants to give it up, go to you tube or google video.com and type in will calhoun wave drum and you can see it in action, he is traveling around nationally hosting a clinic and the wave drum is a major part of his clinic and great to see in person - go towww.willcalhoun. com for a clinic and tour schedule also check your local drum shops for his clinic. good luck

Date: Thursday, September 11, 2008, 6:19 PMHow available is the Korg Wavedrum
in terms of used sales?
How many were made?
How much does one , reasonably , need to
pay to purchase one?
I'm really intrigued but it was always
out of my price range when it was commercially
available.
