The first thing I would check is that you are matching the program change channel(F4 page 2 on the RE1) as opposed to the control channel(F4 page 1) The next is to make sure you toggle the switch on the back towards the midi ports(left if you are looking at it from the back). If it is still toggled to the remote you won't receive any midi. Hope this helps.

Hi there guys. I'm having trouble getting my wavedrum to accept prog change commands. I'm matching up the recieve channel and other equipment responds. I know the midi spec on this thing is primitive but according to the manual, it should receive them.
