i never had the em-1 in my hand. but i think, that the em-1 has only preset
soudns, while the es-1 i totally conigurable. if you want flexibility, then
take the es-1. i loave that instrument, because if you sample well, you can
do almoste everythink with it. (but maybe there are people with diffrent
opinions about it in this list?)
