You can get a direct box that will supply phantom power but no the ms2k does not supply this. Typically on head phones the problem is the impedance is wrong...

What I do is do it via Sonar and feed the midi into the MS2k, then record the audio. The clock however can be fun to deal with on other levels more creative....
