for 8 bit vg sounds check zeroslug's folder. for faint sounds look for zap bass and dirt bass i don't remember where they are located or if they were factory...

You're going about it backwards, EG1 is the more flexible of the 2 Envelope Generators because you can control the amount of its default routing with the EG...
