DID YOU KNOW that the night before BEMF (April 27), Visual Arts Collective is hosting the opening night of "Offset", the BSU Graphic Design & Illustration Portfolio Show? In addition to being able to view this fabulous artwork from students of Jennifer Wood, the opening show will be on display at BEMF, and it will also be a gathering place for BEMF performers and organizers to meet each other for the first time.  And as an extra bonus, three music performances from BEMF performers will occur at the show:

7:00pm - 7:45: Breccia (Gretchen Jude, Jeff Rice, Ted Apel, and others) / Get ready for a VERY interesting experimental music performance!
8pm - 8:45pm: Krispen Hartung and Jeff Kaiser (a truly spontanous performance, given this is the first time we have played together...and also first time we have met each other in person)
9pm - 9:45pm: George McLean
10pm - ?:00pm:  Who knows....open stage. I may turn my looping device on and make it open mic for people in the audience. :)
