Hey Larry,
Lacy was asked a while back to write a story for the Chicken Soup for the Soul Series, when they did a feature on Country Music Artist. The Story she wrote (if memory still serves me) was about the time she did the Today show - actually while she was in town doing the Today show and looking for a restaurant on a very cold day. I'm not sure if the story ever got published anywhere (again if memory serves me) but It was truly a wonderful and inspirational story.

I seldom post messages but yes, there are other than spammers on this site. I've been a Lacy J fan since I saw her being interviewed about her new hit "Crazy Blue Eyes" on one of the morning shows (probably TODAY) a long timeago. I saw her in concert at the Cotillion Ballroom in Wichita, Kansas also long ago and as an opener for Ray Stevens in Reno and have acquired every recorded song of hers I know of. My favorite Lacy J songs tend not to be the "hits" but her low and slow ballads. The Loveless Cafe is my favorite, but it is a close call between that and several others.
