Lake Eustis Jam is a monthly open mic jam, held at Trinity Evangelical Free Church in Eustis, Florida, 890 Abrams Rd. (See www.trinityfree.com under links section for a map), and is hosted by Steve & Kathy Waters. We welcome all types of music, both acoustic and electric, and would like to encourage musicians of all ages from the central Florida area to come out and play a set. We also welcome those that would like to just sit and listen, so bring your family and a covered dish, if you would like. We provide soft drinks and coffee. 2008 open mic jams will be held on the 2nd Saturday of each month, with no jam in October or December. We hope to see you to the annual Lake County Folk Festival in October. The 2nd Saturday jams will start at 6:30 with a covered dish, with the music starting at 7:00 and going until 10:00. if you do not wish to take part in the covered dish.

You will have to sign up for a Yahoo! membership (Don't be afraid, it's easy) before you can join this group, and membership in the group is moderated to keep the "frequent-spammers-of-Yahoo!" out. IF YOU DO NOT WANT EVERY POST SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS then you will have to set your preferences to allow you to read the messages here as you choose, or you can receive a daily digest.
