Description
LASO is continuing to celebrate its 66th season with 2012-2013! LASO is an amateur community orchestra dedicated to providing performance opportunities for local musicians in Los Alamos, New Mexico. LASO is always interested in hearing from musicians new to the community and from former members who would like to start playing again. Suggestions for our future activities are also encouraged.

Our Spring Concert is scheduled for 7pm on Friday, May 10th, 2013 at Crossroads Bible Church. The program will include:
- Rimsky-Korsakoff -- Processon of the Nobles
- Dvorăk -- Symphony No. 8 in G Major, Op 88
- Brahms -- Hungarian Dance No. 5
- Ivanoff -- Caucasian Sketches, Series 2, "Iveria"
Rehearsals begin Monday, March 4th from 7:00 - 9:00 pm at the Los Alamos High School band room. Dress rehearsal on May 9th, 2013. Click on calendar link to see full detailed rehearsal schedule.
