less then a month after our previous releases, there's a new cd out
on morc: kleine, a cd by the now defunct folkscapecombo iditarod.
Long time morc followers might know this release: we've put it out in
2002 on tape only.

Though it was recorded over the course of seven years, this is
probably the most coherent output in the impressive back-catalogue of
iditarod, with other releases on ao. Bluesanct, Time lag and Camera
obscura.

the album was compiled of all unreleased recording from the very
beginning of iditarod, untill the most recent songs. It features
carin's more traditional songs, collaborations with the likes of
b'eirth (in gowan ring, birch book) and alastair galbraith, and more
psychedelic tape experiments and improvisations. all mixed together
this is odd enough the most coherent iditarod record.

After the split in 2003, Jeffrey founded the Secret Eye label, formed
Black Forest/Black Sea and curated the Terrastock 6 festival. Carin
Wagner on the other hand, stopped making music - hopefully
temporarily. Margie Wienk had already started playing solo as Fern
Knight at that point.
