I keep adding stations and learning about music. I don't get much repetition,
though at first it was all (piratically Sam Cooke and Al Greene now it is "like
eclectic" :) Thumbs up if I like it no check if I don't like it, and don't
play again if it is Dianna Ross. :) Unlike old Launch Cast this no play
selection is honored. I just sent a copy of my "quick mix" url to this group.
I wonder how that will come across! :)

Hi jivajiva,
You say that you no longer get excess repetition with Pandora. Is that because
they re-jiggered their system, or did you remove a lot of "thumbs-up"
designations for songs?
I had started finding that my Pandora stations were playing me nearly
exclusively songs that I had thumbs-up'd. I then started removing most of those
designations so that I could get more variety.
If it's safe to thumbs-up songs again, I may tread back into those waters...

excessive repetition at Pandora anymore ... where apparently, HOPE is still in
the box!
