Two Patriotic Concerts : July 2 & 4 (Utah)   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #320 of 527 |
Hello!

We have a couple of patriotic concerts coming up to celebrate the
birth of our nation. Please consider yourself invited.

You're going to hear some old favorites and standbys as well as a
couple of things that'll probably be new to you. For example, did you know
that John Phillip Sousa wrote words for his famous march "The Stars and
Stripes Forever"? This is your chance to hear them. Other exciting things
planned for the program include The Star Spangled Banner, The Motherhood
March from Hello Dolly, Shenandoah, The Battle Hymn of the Republic, 76
Trombones, songs by Cohen and Gershwin and more . . . Please bring your
whole family, I'm sure they'll have a good time.

The first concert is July 2nd at the American Fork Amphitheater at 7
p.m. and the second is on July 4th at 3:15 p.m. at the new "Colonial Days"
: part of Provo's Freedom Festival. Both concerts are completely free and
I hope sincerely to see you there. I'm sure the other singers feel the
same way. Please come say hello afterwards!

All the best,
Ryan
