I have heard pretty much the same thing as you have; Carl is being
held, charges unknown (if any), and no contact is allowed. As a
custody officer in Indiana, I can say that the response of the staff
at this facility is not professional, and therefore suspect.

Facilities cannot disclose personal information, but when someone is
held in detention, that is a public record and therefore should be
open to the public and the media. Therefore, I have big problems
with the facts as they are currently known.

Unlike Rick Stanley, who chose to deliberately flout the local law,
Carl appears to be the target of selective "enforcement" much in the
same way as talk radio host John Stadtmiller was a couple years ago.
Whatever differences patriots may have with these individuals, their
methods, their personality, their particular beliefs; we must suspend
judgment and opinion long enough to realize that we are already
involved in a "quiet" war that requires our active participation. We
must Recruit, Organize, Motivate, and Educate.

We must remember all of our militia POW brethren and keep them in our
prayers and our kind letters in their mail while they are held
against their will.
