Band folks,

Tuesday concert band rehearsals resume this Tuesday, February 10 from
2:30-5. Participation in spring concert band (either as a class or
extracurricularly) is a prerequisite for participation in marching band
next fall. All students in concert band are required to complete weekly
practice sheets and return them at band rehearsal each Tuesday. 85%
rehearsal attendance and practice sheet completion are required for
participation on the spring concert.

The spring musical pit orchestra will be established this week. Our
first rehearsal will be from 5-7 on Tuesday, February 17.

Congratulations to Rhonda Lambert and her team for organizing another
great Indoor Guard Show at Linganore. Thanks to everyone who pitched in
for this great event!

Also, congratulations to our 15 musicians for an outstanding performance
with the All-County Band on Saturday evening. Despite the shortened
practice shedule, it was a fantastic concert!
