JANUARY 2003 (Austin, Texas) - The fourth annual benefit for the Austin
Conspiracy of Performing Songwriters at the Live Oak Coffeehouse is scheduled
for Friday, January 24, at 7:30 p.m. at the Live Oak Unitarian Universalist
Church in Northwest Austin.
Admission is a suggested donation of $10 at the door. Gourmet coffee and
pastries will be served, and are included in the price of admission. Live Oak
Coffeehouse season passes will not be honored for this show.
As always, the concert will be smoke-free and alcohol-free, putting the
emphasis on the music and the musicians.
One hundred percent of the proceeds from the show will be used to pay
expenses associated with attending the annual Folk Alliance conference. The
15th annual International Folk Alliance Conference is scheduled for February
6-9, 2003, in Nashville, Tenn. For more information on the North American

Scheduled to perform at the January 24 show are Steve Brooks, Jan Seides,
Todd Hoke, Alton Rex, Steve Hopkins and
Jeffrye Tveraas. Special guests will also appear.
