I'm totally confused.
My LPM edition has three sections of 8 bars each so I don't have a bar 45.
Each section is 8 bars long and is repeated once so bar 45 would seem to be
bar 20 played as a repeat of the last section.
This bar has a g sharp in cantus for the first two beats. The altus g occurs
on the fourth beat so they don't overlap.
