You are warmly invited to explore the world of French and Italian music for
viols and voice with the new international ensemble the Sestina Consort on
Saturday April 29th at 7pm in St. Paul's Church, Deptford. In this, their debut
concert, four young viol players from Europe and Malaysia will be joined by
tenor Nicolas Savoy to present a feast of music from the sixteenth- and
seventeenth-century, including works by Charpentier, Le Jeune, Frescobaldi and
Merula, plus new divisions by ensemble member Anne Rongy.
