The attendance at the concert on Tuesday was rather disappointing, and I hope we
have more for the last programme of the summer series on 3 July. I am away next
week, and have still to receive the final programme for the piano recital by a
young pianist from Georgia, currently studying at the Trinity College of Music,
Alissa Takdidishvili. Some of our members have heard her play and highly
recommend her. I attach a bio (and for the first time, a photo!).



The programme will be:



Chopin Mazurka Op 17 No 4 in A Minor

Chopin Barcarolle Op 60

Scriabin Etude Op 2 No 1

Beethoven Sonata Op 111 in C Minor
