Improvising and experimenting with different styles and sounds from around the
world, 2team is presenting a fresh approach to music making.
Our original material, as well as new arrangements for existing music, break the
boundaries between musical genres and combine them together.
The voice, treated like an instrument, is used in different ways, achieving
surprising vocal effects with and without text. The gamba - a copy of an
instrument from the Baroque - being both a melodic and a harmonic instrument
with a very wide range, produces a variety of sounds and characteristics.
Playing an acoustic and amplified set and processing sound through a loop
station, the duo explores and creates some unique and adventurous combinations.

Kineret Erez, a versatile vocalist with vast experience in different musical
genres, used to perform in early music ensembles and toured Israel and Europe.
Her love for a-capella music brought her to sing with many groups including the
Swingle Singers for over 4 years. In the past few years she has been focusing on
ethnic-jazz and is performing with Shlomo & the vocal orchestra.
Tal Arbel holds a soloist diploma in viola da gamba & early music from the
Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. As well as specialising in the historical
repertoire for viola da gamba, Tal has gained experience in other, different
styles, including improvisation of Indian music, contemporary and world music.
She has performed in numerous concerts and festivals in Europe and Israel, and
recorded for Kol-Ha'Musica, the Austrian radio and Musiques Suisses.
