Just wanted to let you all know, I changed my ebay account for 2
reasons, I want to apologize to those 2 bidders that were in the
process of bidding on earth is and Hawaii and the auction ended early.
I did it for 2 reasons.

As you all know I had a dispute with a member from this group. He
agreed to withdraw his feedback and it took awhile be he finally did
notify ebay. Ebay has this ridiculous policy, which I am contemplating
challenging in court, that seller and buyer can mutually withdraw
negative feedback and turn it to neutral, which will no longer affect
your rating or feedback score, but any ebayer who looks at my rating
history will still see the negative feedback in my record even though
now it is neutral. So it still said I am a fake and I steal people's
money and never send the item? Everyone who has bought from me knows
this not to be true now, however, new people would automatically raise
a red flag. I can have the negative feedback completely removed if
both me and the buyer agree to arbitration and both pay $29.00 dollars.

Ebays written policy states they are protected from any legal law
suites that may occur out of liable and slander even though they don't
remove it, however they state the person who leaves defamatory
feedback is not protected. I don't agree with Ebay's assumption that
they are not liable for being an accomplice to defamation. However,
that put aside, I believe it was better to just start over and let by
gones be by gones and and get a fair start with my rating then
everybody is happy. Although I am looking into getting ebays policy
changed. As most of you know from the news, ebay currently has a large
class action suite against them now for unfair practices.
