Hello all. This is my first post on Low and Behold. Just wanted to

inform you that according to the 'Toni Halliday Wikipidea', she's

become active again. Apparantly she's writing and recording new

material which is due to be released sometime in 2008. There doesn't

appear to be any new website set up as yet.

The anonymous IP number that submitted that info is

located in Australia. Didn't Toni go to Australia or

New Zealand? Maybe she posted this news to Wikipedia

herself??!

rumours are pretty constant about her releasing something, just take a look on

my Curve

forums. That info seems to have been on wikipedia for a while now....I was

guessing she

might be editing it. Not sure where she is at the moment, Dean's mentioned

meeting up

with her a few times in the last year or so.  Wherever Allen is working I guess.



Hope you guys have checked out all of Dean's new projects, he's still producing

a lot of

cool stuff and playing gigs in London. The next one is SPC ECO on 5th Feb which

is Dean,

his daughter Rose, son Harry and Debbie Smith and Monti of the live Curve band.

Debbie

and Monti only play occasionally with this project as it's a collab between Dean

and a guy

called Joey Levenson who's in Korea at the moment. See the SPC ECO forum or

I refuse to believe that this is the last we have heard of Toni. It

can't be... I do have to admit that it does seem a little odd her

not having an official website especially when working on new

material. But, then again, has she ever done things according to

what convention would have us dictate?



Does anyone know how Dean or Toni can be contacted in order to

confirm whether or not this is the case???

I run those forums for Dean, I set them up after asking if he'd

consider setting up forums himself as the one on

www.curve-online.co.uk/ had vanished (Dust's (who posted a few posts

ago) excellent curve site). He wasn't keen on hosting it so I set it

up in June 2006. (I posted about it here if you look a few posts back).

I only really speak to him at gigs and swap e-mails now and then. He's

a real nice guy.



I'm just trying to spread the word of all the cool stuff he's doing -

Curve wasn't the end of it all. He's had 2 albums out in the last year

and a bit (KGC and The Secret Meeting) whick kick arse as much as

Curve,  and a very cool white-vinyl 7" single with SPC ECO and a lot

more on the way. Come by the forums and join up if you can.



Check out the Dean Garcia 2005 interview of you want his views on the

Just listened to SPC ECO and am amazed at how great they sound. It

actually makes me feel rather excited, for the first time in a while
