The components are all now back to the way they are on the schematics. I am
still having the

anyone
would be kind enough to doublecheck my work.

The solder on power circuit is a little rought, but there no bridging.

The mark on the 6N138 is there, just hard to see in that picture. I turned it around just to doublecheck, but it did not resolve it so I put it back. Thanks...

It looks like your chrystall might be too far away from your PIC. I had the same problem come to think of it, and i remember it was murder getting it all back...
