A few minutes ago, I stumbled across this site:

They offer fabrication of professional PCBs for an amazing low price.
With a little fiddlig in EAGLE or ExpressPCB, a PCB with two layers
could probably be tiny and therefore, a lot of them could be produced
for a price anyone can afford.

I think we should start producing a decent PCB once and for all and
get an order going. I'm even thinking about paying in advance. Right
now, I'm working on a PCB design, but if anyone of you is faster than
me, please feel free to contact me.
