Hi der Warst,
I have used such a service within the last six months to produce the
lsdj mc2 (with thru). Although that final boards had an error - a
quick fix was employed.
I must say though that it is worth reading the terms & condtions
before entering into something like this.
The main mistake that really bugged me was the unspecified
import/customs tax which is payable upon delivery (cash on the door!)
And it was quite a substantial amount to pay in respect to the cost of
the service.
It was poorly listed on their site, due to the nature in which the
designs are automatically submitted via the internet there was no
mention of it while sending the files.
Another thing to watch out for is that they only offer these services
based upon strict board size and layout guidelines, due to the
economisation of their raw materials and overheads.
However, don't let this put you off but may it serve as a bit of
guidance in the venture.
BTW _ I'll dig my layouts out and post 'em in here as soon as I fix
the error on it!
BPutty ;)
