Isn't that really up to you to work out before purchasing something from
overseas?
It is up to the buyer to consider what any import duties/taxes will add
to the cost before ordering, it is not up to the seller to worry about
this.

import/customs tax which is payable upon delivery (cash on the door!)
And it was quite a substantial amount to pay in respect to the cost of
the service.
It was poorly listed on their site, due to the nature in which the
designs are automatically submitted via the internet there was no
mention of it while sending the files.
