I checked for it and you got to use the configuration work 3F22.
That means:
Oscillator HS
Watchdogtimer Off
Power Up timer Enabled
Master Clear enabled
Brown out detection off
Low Voltage Programming Disabled
Data ee read protect disabled
Code protect disabled

Then it should burn fine.
