Hi Guys,
So that's good news about my 12, 13 & 16" tom bearing edges, thanks
to all for your help and reassurance.
But did Ludwig ever put a single 35 degree profile on the Vistas?
The reason I ask is that two years ago I obtained a 10" Power tom
from America (at great expense)and this drum does have just the
single angled profile.
This 9" deep concert tom lines up as being made in 1978 to early '79
with the internal 'V' seam behind the clip mount made just prior to
the rounded B & O badge.
The thing that concerns me now is that if Lud never did this type of
bearing edge profile, I may have been sold a counterfeit!?
Mmm... or maybe even Grrr?
