Siberia is in midtown Manhattan. It's secretly located
underneath a single signal red light near 40th Street and 9th
Avenue. On the southern, chilly side of the street. Closer to
9th Avenue. Right... there. Yeah, go ahead. Go in. Nod your
head if the bouncer discusses "Rules of the House of Siberia"
with you.
