We would like to remind you of this upcoming event.
LOAG musicifies The Charleston, Brooklyn on Wed April 24th
Date: Wednesday, April 24, 2002
Time: 8:00PM - 7:00AM EDT (GMT-04:00)
Lungs of a Giant is proud as Proust to announce its imminent
taking-of-the-stage at The Charleston, Brooklyn.
We're talking: Wednesday, April 24th. This marks LOAG's third
appearance here in as many months.
We're getting our act together regarding the assemblage of our
own heroes of the music world. Even now LOAG members are
tussling and fretting about getting their favorites in. Greg's
biting Hannah's ankle -- Paul has C-clamped Ted to his drum set
so he can't reach the phone -- Chris and Andy duel mentally,
tossing innuendo around like firecrackers.
So far the menu this for this month's Gloaming-time Spent at
Rock 'n' Jollificated Revelry includes:
** The Electrickflying Lys Guillorn --powered for the solo
sweeping of the chords into/out of the corners of your heart's
ears.
** Well, LOAG promises 3 new songs at 9pm. It's kinda like we
had triplets. Gotta name 'em: can't keep calling that one
"Nah-neh-nah-nah" and that one "jgrnc-jnurh-jrgmh" and that one
"doo-wnhee-doo-wnhee"...
and... assembling at the magical part of the evening at 10pm,
comes a band that needs no introduction. Because we're still
working on who it is. But as we've got three on our wish list
(not checking their email! grr) we augur satisfied attendees
galore. Everywhere, all over the floor, fishschooling around
in your cuffs as you leave.
Ok. So now you know. And as far as I've heard: We've got 4
more dates lined up this Spring at The Charleston.
