On an unseasonably balmy Saturday this past Spring, I drove towards the
greenery of Balboa Park to interview, Dr. Boyd Graves, AIDS activist,
lecturer and former plaintiff in litigation against the United States
Government. Dr. Graves agreed to meet with me at a friend's house near the
park. Dr. Graves met me at the door and ushered me into a front sunroom that
looked as though it served as a waiting room (Dr.Graves's friend was a
Rolfer, a deep tissue massage therapist). The room was decorated cozily with
an Eastern theme. Japanese scrolls hung on the walls as did several
motivational phrases. "You create your own reality" jumped out at me. Dr.
Graves was a petite man who physically reminded me of famed movie director,
Spike Lee. His hair was shorn and he was dressed casually in khaki pants and
a button down shirt. What I noticed instantly was his intense eye contact
which never faltered throughout the entire interview and his sarcastic sense
of humor which was often accompanied by a wry smile.

Jojo: Dr. Graves, it's very nice to meet you. Can you give us a
description of your educational background for those of our readers who are
not familiar with you?

Dr. Graves: I appreciate that, and thank you all for the interview. I am a
graduate of the United States Naval Academy, class of 1975. My minors were
in engineering and Mandarin Chinese. From there, over a number of years, I
served in the military, then at some point, went on to law school where I
graduated in 1993 from Ohio Northern University. However, in the summer of
1992 I took the HIV test for my 40th birthday. At that point, whether it was
a false positive or a real positive test, I began dealing with the HIV/AIDS
pandemic in 1992. In 1992, some sixteen years ago you had no idea that you
would live more than two years, and in that regard, I went on the medicines
back in 1992 the AZT and whatever else they had out, and by 1999 the
medicines alone themselves had almost killed me.

Jojo: In a nutshell, through government documents, you've cited evidence
that the United States government created the HIV virus under the guise of
controlling third world populations, Could you detail for our readers how it
was released on the African continent in inoculations and the government's
scheme for introducing it to the homosexual New York scene?

Dr. Graves: I appreciate that question because it is very significant and
very important that what we saw when HIV ensued upon the world in the late
1970's was an earthquake, however the earthquake had two epicenters. Now, I
would offer to you that an earthquake does not have two epicenters. But for
the fact that there is indeed someone behind a curtain. And in this case,
what we show is, and what we can prove is the 1971 flowchart and blueprint
of this Special Virus Cancer Program. It shows a five phase fold out of the
development of HIV/AIDS. In the final phase, it's called clinical trials.
What the United States did was, after developing and producing HIV, it was
proliferated in the small pox vaccines that went to Africa. Thus, as you saw
on the continent of Africa, more that one or two people getting HIV and
AIDS and giving it to one or two more people , you saw an explosion of
infection. Epidemiologically speaking, they cannot deny the fact that there
was an explosion of the epidemic, which is a result of the vaccines being
complimented with the AIDS virus. Thus, as small pox ended, AIDS began in
mass. That was the whole premise on what they were attempting to do, and
they were successful.
As it relates to the other part of the earthquake, the other epicenter.
The United States recruited 1086 promiscuous, white homosexuals to take an
experimental Hepatitis B vaccine. All 1086 men have died of AIDS. The
federal program that did that was directed by Dr. Wolf Zammunez who happened
to be a personal friend of the former Pope.

Jojo: Why was the white homosexual population chosen to be recruited?

Dr. Graves: The white homosexual population was chosen as far back as 1973
at a conference in Asilomar California. What they decided then was pushing
to the African puppet dictators at the world population conference in 1974.
Under National Security Study Memorandum 200(NSSM-200) the world leaders met
at population conference in Bucharest, Romania in 1974. At that conference,
the African puppet dictators balked at the idea that the United States was
about to do something to the African people that is wasn't about to do to
the American people. The United States agreed to the African puppet
dictators to do the same thing to their own white citizens. The white
homosexuals paid off the terms of the agreement, as agreed upon at the world
population conference in Bucharest Romania in 1974. As the puppet dictators
looked across the Atlantic, they saw white people dying of the same thing,
that satisfied the terms of NSSM 200. And anyone can Google NSSM 200 and see
for yourself. The National Security Study Memorandum 200 is the best
explanation as to why HIV/AIDS had two epicenters, Black Africa, and Gay
Manhattan. We have simply and merely been fooled by the social engineering
of HIV/AIDS as a silent weapon for a quiet war.

Jojo: You've said that the HIV virus is race specific, can you elaborate
on this? Did the originators of the disease underestimate the number of
white people that would be infected by the virus?

Dr. Graves: We recognize that African Americans are 12% of the population,
we also recognize that African Americans are 50% of the AIDS cases. Twelve
can not be fifty. Having said that, what do I mean? The US Special Virus
program shows that in phase one of the program, it is called specimen
selection, all of the experiments under this phase of this special virus
program are of an ethnic nature. HIV/AIDS down set a gene site in the blood
of the black genome called the CCR5 Delta 32+. All people of color have the
CCR5 Delta 32+. It is the docking site for HIV/AIDS. It is by design.

JoJo: So if you don't have that gene, you aren't susceptible to catching
it?

Dr.Graves: As it extends itself from the black woman who has the highest
percent chance of contracting HIV, it goes down to the other end of the
spectrum, the white man and the white woman of the European decent who under
no circumstances, as many times as you want to juke them in the arm with a
needle to give them HIV/AIDS can they get HIV/AIDS under no circumstance can
they get it.

Jojo: So do any white people have that gene or it's just easier to get it
if you are black?

Dr. Graves: Absolutely, in fact there are two receptor sites for the gene,
and some people have one, all blacks have two, all people of color have two.
It's been designed to seek out a gene receptor site in the blood of the
black genome. That should tell you enough! Here is your federal program and
here is an agent of that federal program that seeks out a receptor site in
the gene genome of people with color. This is your federal program, the US
Special Virus Program. Again our premise, if you review the Special Virus
Program you will solve and end HIV/AIDS.

So there you have it, folks as if people of color didn't have enough going
against them. I guess a few hundred years of slavery, rape and oppression
didn't do the trick and the ruling class had to concoct another device to
hold down " those people." And that is any person of color you, be you
bi-racial, Native American, Hispanic or plain old black.

Jojo: In the fifteen volume government publication, The Special Virus
Cancer Program, you state that the cure for the AIDS virus is found and it
is called Tetrasil, U.S. Patent * 5676977. To your knowledge, is this
medicine being produced anywhere? Has is been approved by the FDA?

Dr. Graves: Well that's a loaded question because there is some
misconception there, the Tetrasil patent was patented by the United States
in 1997. The inventor, Rabbi Dr. Marvon Antomen at one point said that he
was a classmate with Dr. Gallo. I don't necessarily know if that is true or
not as to his connection to Dr. Gallo, so I don't know genuinely Dr. Antomen's
connection to the Special Virus Program. However, it was patented in 1997
after it was utilized fully in the animal model. HIV/AIDS was given to mice
and rats, and they were cured from HIV/AIDS with the Tetrasil. Mice have
always been, for the last 70 years or so used as the animal model for a
number of things before they were brought into human testing. This Tetrasil
patent Silver 4 Oxygen 4, is a one time infusion, like the water in a
swimming pool, it wipes out the pathogens in your blood system. Just as you
put a tablet into a swimming pool, all the water becomes clear. A similar
process for the pool uses a product, it's called Tetra silver, that's a pool
product. This is my government's, and your government's patent, it can no
longer merely just sit on the shelf, it has to be placed into the clinical
trials. We defy this government because it is a patented product of the
Unites States of America that deals with one of the greatest pandemics in
the history of the world. How dare, the audacity of this government to allow
this product to remain on the shelf without clinical trials. You better
believe we provide the Tetrasil, in the tallest medical building in Tijuana.
To people who search that path. There's no marketing going on, you gotta do
your homework to get to Dr. Boyd Ed Graves, but if you do your homework and
you are that determined, we can provide you the Tetrasil.

Jojo: So it's not approved by the government.

Dr. Graves: The FDA is underneath a blunt force challenge with respect to
the issue of Tetrasil. How dare you patent the cure for AIDS and leave it on
the shelf, and then last week announce that Tetrasil is untested.

Jojo: So it's a hype that they are creating?

Dr. Graves: Oh it's a good one too, An African and a monkey, you wanna talk
about hype? When 28% of the sequences of HIV/AIDS are from an Icelandic
sheep disease! You wanna talk about hype? This Tetrasil has gone through
animal testing and human testing before it was approved as a patent of
America. I have simply done my homework, and something to believe is
effective. Personally, I would rather take a one time infusion once every
two years as opposed to multiple pills every eight hours.


Jojo: Dr. Graves, it seems almost ludicrous that your plight has not
gathered wide scale media attention, what do you attribute this phenomenon
to?

Dr. Graves: Well you know, we have a trilateral government, and we have
the constitution and we have the media. If the constitution is not what it
says it is, and it is not. Then, neither is the trilateral government and
neither is the media.
The media has been a bridge, the trilateral government is silent, these are
government documents. They resent the fact that Dr. Boyd Ed. Graves can
read. I can read my own government documents and I challenge others to do
the same.

I think that Dr. Graves is trying to tell us something here, people. And the
message isn't "Hooked on phonics worked for me!" The message is "Wake up,
America!"

Jojo: You said there is a patent on AIDS itself. Who owns this patent? Who
is in control of the patented cure right now?

Dr. Graves: Well, you see those are two different patents as you
understand, correct?

Jojo: Correct.

Dr. Graves: So it's important for people to look up the other patent. That
patent # is 4647773. Very important, that patent was patented by Dr. Robert
Gallo in 1984. At the very same time as they were coming to the podium in
April of 1984 to announce that they knew what the mystery illness was and
is, they were patenting a product for the continuous production of HIV.
Anyone can access patent # 4647773. It is absolutely hideous.

Jojo: Tell us about the symbolic nature of the cover to the Special Virus
Cancer Program.

Dr . Graves: That's really deep. It's a very peculiar schematic in that it
has a humanoid at the three o'clock hour, the humanoid then has an arrow
going down to a beaker at the six o'clock hour. Then at the nine o'clock
hour there is a rat! And people really need to know why the rat is there.
But the peculiarity is the twelve o'clock hour and the three six sided micro
plasmas that are there, and as you notice the arrow of death going from the
micro plasmas to the humanoid. That shows how heinous this government is. On
the cover of this US Special Virus Program, at the noon hour, there are
three six sided figures. That's 666 at the noon hour! That's how in your
face this federal government is! The reason the rat or the mouse is there
is that, and check this out and write this down Jojo, part of the sequences
of HIV/AIDS have the marine mammary tumor virus. The rat virus are part of
HIV. MMTV, go to Google and put in MMTV and HIV and you will find a percent
of the DNA genome of HIV is of a rat virus, Marine Mammary Tumor Virus.

If an image can speak one thousand words than the image on the cover of
these government documents speak volumes. Namely, genocide, murder,
biological warfare...just to mention a few.

Jojo: In preparation for this interview, I did a lot of research on your
lectures and related topics. Littan Bionetics and specifically Dr. Robert
Gallo were responsible for pioneering initial work on the AIDS virus. In
your opinion, how can this man sleep at night?

Dr. Graves: There is a mindset. This man thinks that he has done
something good, and he sleeps very comfortably at night. Under the guise
that we don't equally share the air, and the space, and the gravity.

Jojo: So in other words, he's an elitist that feels that some people in the
world have privilege and other people are disposable, and that's why he
thinks he is doing good, by ridding the world of third world populations.

It's story as old as the world, protect the savage from himself. I believe
Joseph Conrad put it best in The book, Heart of Darkness. "Blindfolded
bearers of light destroy what they seek to illuminate." In order to protect
their "American Dream", certain citizens of the majority group strive to
eliminate their space of social undesirables.

Dr Graves: There are fifteen progress reports of this Special Virus Program,
and you first locate Dr. Gallo's name in the 1971 report, as the project
officer for Littan Bionetics and their particular project as it relates to
isolating the HIV enzyme in 1971. Dr. Gallo's work is pivotal in the
Special Virus Program with respect to being the father or grandfather of
HIV/AIDS.

Jojo: In an age of cover ups and media sensationalism, your theory is not
that far fetched al all. Do you think that the American public has been
dumbed down or that people in general are too self-centered to be concerned
with the worldwide AIDS epidemic?

Dr. Graves: Yes, we call it the social engineering of HIV/AIDS. Because
Jojo, I'm not operating with a theory, I'm reading U.S. documents, and I'm
challenging you to do the same and everyone else as well. I can read, and I
have read the U.S. documents. I can also conclude, and I have concluded
accordingly to my sixteen years of research on this specific issue that
HIV/AIDS of a century long hunt for a contagious cancer that selectively
kills.

Jojo: Back to that question, you said that you can read, and we can read,
and we've done research, and we believe what you say, and what's in these
documents, but in general, a lot of people, are closed off, and that is why
we wanted to do this interview, to expose it.

Dr. Graves: The government has done a great job in selling the
monkey/African origin of AIDS, and people then believe that they have the
answers, so the propaganda was a complete sell. It is easy for white people
in particular to believe the scurrilous nature of sex, and maybe even
African sex could lead to some involvement of a monkey or an animal, or
something along those lines. However, when you add in the fact that 28% of
the sequences of HIV are from an Icelandic sheep disease, that ought to tell
you that HIV is synthetic from top to bottom. Indeed, there is no way, that
an Icelandic sheep, an African monkey, a rat, an African, and a homosexual
could all have commingled in 1932.

Again, the same old, tired stereo-type of the oversexed African exotic comes
to mind. Or that AIDS is a gay disease. Remember where believing those lies
got us? They got us more cases of AIDS through our ignorance and
marginalizing of others, important information was overlooked which
contributed to the contamination of the blood supply and lack of interest in
safe sex by heterosexuals. These ideas were not coincidental, they were
designed as a smoke screen to keep people from the truth.

Jojo: How do you feel about the upcoming presidential elections? Do you
personally feel that any of the candidates are genuine or would be
sympathetic to listening to you or making the cure available to the public?

Dr. Graves: HIV/AIDS is the greatest health tragedy pandemic in the history
of the world, to now know that its' origins and sources are our own
government is a grave concern to me and others. Over four million people
have downloaded the blueprint of this federal program to prove to
themselves, as they read and understand this Special Virus Program. This
program needs an investigation and we will continue through the light of day
and night to continue to seek review and investigation of the US Special
Virus Program. Each of the presidential candidates are sitting senators of
the United States of America. Dr. Martin Luther King would not wait for the
next president! He would demand, as I am doing accordingly today, that we
have a constitutional right to life! I believe that to be inalienable. So I
would support whichever candidate would now pick up the mantel, and call for
the investigation of the US Special Virus Program as well as the immediate
clinical trials of the U.S. patented cure. It should no longer sit on the
shelf, it should not have to wait til November.

So readers, join the four million and read the documents. It really doesn't
take much. You can Google any of the buzz words presented in this interview
and as Dr. Graves so eloquently pointed out, you don't have to be a
specialist to navigate through the information, you just have to know how to
read. Plain and simple.

Jojo: In closing, Dr. Graves, I can't help but ask, what can the average
person do to help the cause? What can we do to encourage the manufacturing
and public availability of the cure for HIV/AIDS?

Dr. Graves: I don't believe that the average person would have any impact
on the executive branch of the government nor the judiciary. All that is
available to us is to go through the legislative branch of government and
our elected officials. Particularly, when you find that Congress funded the
development of HIV/AIDS under U.S. House Resolution 15090. So we are
virtually in a quagmire, in a pit of stupidity as it relates to a comatose
mentality that has been centralized intelligence.

Jojo: So would it be effective for our readers or the general population
to write letters, to protest.

Dr. Graves: Of course, it would take a social revolution, and as an
individual, I am pursuing my individual right to life, I don't think I can
do it alone, however, I am acting as if I can. Demanding my right to life!
How dare this government have a secret, hidden, federal virus development
program that they have merely exercised out of the equation of HIV/AIDS, and
perpetrate, when you have progress reports of that nature? Fifteen of them,
detailing every experiment and every contract from 1962 to 1978. How dare
this government? Dr. Graves is fighting for his life, if others benefit
fine, but I am fighting for my right to life, this is how I respond, to a
fraud bogus government. That indeed is so nontransparent as to anything you
have ever seen before. The curtain is thick, and it is deep.

As the saying goes, just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean that everybody
isn't out to get me. It might be hard to swallow if this is the first time
you've heard of this theory on the origin of HIV/AIDS. But then again, the
history of the world is infamously colored with lying, cheating, stealing
and domination of one group over another. Is it really that hard to believe?
We, the human race created the Internet, micro-computer chips, hybrid cars,
and cloned sheep. For a moment, just consider the implications if every word
that Dr. Graves spoke was the truth..We, those of us who feel empathy for
every human being regardless of race, gender, religion, or geographical
location owe to ourselves and each other to try to make the world a better
place. So tune in to Dr. Boyd Graves' message, brothers and sisters, listen
and speak up for those who have no voice. You can start by writing your
local congressman or assembly person and of course sharing this information
with others, even if it makes you uncomfortable. Power to the people!

The most insidious lie is the lie that you tell yourself. I believe its
better to know and make informed decisions, than to pretend that history
didn't happen, and cold hard facts don't exist. Its not enough that the
american news media, attempts to delude us every day, but now we're
attempting to delude ourselves. Now we're pretending that the US Public
Health Service didn't organize, finance, and conduct a forty year
(1932-1972), bio research experiment on African American males, and their
families to observe the effects of syphilis, as it ravages the human body.
And subsequently, deny their unwitting subjects, lifesaving medications that
became available during the span of the experiment. The infamous Tuskegee
Experiment is now common knowledge, after the US president, provided an
empty apology to the few surviving members, during the 1990's. Now, If the
US public health service would conduct an experiment such as Tuskegee, then
why is it such a stretch to conceive that the same government would later
devise a modern, comprehensive, more sophisticated plan to decimate
populations with a large concentration of people of African descent,
throughout the world. The HIV/AIDS virus was conceived, funded, and
manufactured as a bio-weapon here in the United States of America. The
avalanche of evidence leading to that conclusion is irrefutable. The
following PBS video and articles, will provide all the evidence that any
reasonable, logical, non-self deluded individual would require to reach that
same conclusion.

Furthermore, the last article is a copy of US Patent #5676977, which clearly
states there is a pharmaceutical cure for AIDS, that has been used since the
mid 1960s as a bactericide / fungicide to cleanse swimming pool water. This
cure is easily manufactured, inexpensive, and commercially available. Now,
ask yourself, why Tetra-silver Tetroxide (Tetrasil) is not being used in the
treatment of AIDS throughout the US, or across the Atlantic, on the African
continent. Eerily, this is beginning to sound exactly like the chain of
events leading up to the exposure of the now infamous Tuskegee Experiment.
After reading these facts from several unrelated sources, you must again
yourself the question: Would Our Government Try To Exterminate Us???
