Mike,
I have just opened your e-mail. I often take vacations from lists. I am
very grateful
to you for this information. Personally, myself, as far as the Knabelalt
and Knabelsopran, in Nagano
I have never heard two voices that I could distinguish. I shall, as we
all must, listen again.
You have given far better information than the often lauded Nagano
notes, series of essays.
BTW, there seems, see penultimate item in Mouret, to be another
recording of the Original version, a 2002 live recording by the The
Northwest Mahler Festival

Although Vincent Mouret's discography has less than what one might wish
in many regards,
I nevertheless commend it to the members unacquainted with it, esp. for
Titan vs. M1 and
DkL, etc.
