I am not sure if any of the A2s did not have "The Gibson" on the headstock. I have a black A2 snakehead and it does says "The Gibson." My guess is plain A, but

Hi Ella: The A Jr had the "clamshell" tailpiece and not the Gibson engraved and, as I mentioned before no binding whatsoever and usually a coarse-grained
