Because of my ties to professional Christian radio, I've been sent the
following notice and asked to make all Christian musicians and promoters
aware of the threat. We've had several of these types of people throughout
the years infiltrate the ranks and get involved in Christian activities to
"hide" from the law. Christians are so trusting, they take them in without
checking them out and tragedy can happen. I send this out only because many
of us are still involved in concert ministry of some kind, and we all have
children. If you see this man, do not confront him. Just call the Monroe
County, Florida, Sheriff's Office at 1-800-273-COPS or your local police
department. Please pass this on to all you may think should read it,
pastors, promoters, Christian music artists, managers, agencies, etc. Just
like America's Most Wanted, getting thousands or even millions of eyes
looking, increases the chances of finding this man and getting him off of
the street and away from children. This is extremely urgent and I am sending
this out to all mailing lists I'm on. Please excuse the multiple posts. Yes,
he is considered innocent in a court of law until proven guilty. But he
needs to go through the system. Please pray this man is caught before any
more children are harmed.

To Whom it May Concern:

PLEASE pass this on to anyone involved in Christian concert promotion. I
know that several people on this list have been in contact with this
individual in the past.

There is an article in today's Keysnews.com paper that the Monroe County
Sheriff's office is looking for a sex offender who is wanted in Baltimore.
This person contacted our station last week and told us he was in Key Largo,
Fl. A local pastor I spoke with (last week) told me that this person was
also visiting several Upper Keys churches in the past few weeks. Here is

person you should contact the Monroe County Florida Sheriff's Department
immediately. We contacted the Sheriff's department this morning to pass
along this information.

This individual goes by several names "Drew Manger" or "Rob Manger" or even
"Drew Greely." He also has one eye which is not centered and "looks away",
which is very obvious. He has been in Baltimore recently and helped promote
national Christian acts. He has also said that he has spent time in Tulsa,
and OKC. He has been at the Cornerstone Festival.

We first became aware of him several years ago when our radio station
initially went on the air in 2000, we fed in a satellite network.
Apparently, this person befriended several local kids in the network's "chat
room" and stayed with their families on visits to South Florida. Eventually
he left to other places. He tries to put together Christian concerts with
bands and is apparently a concert promoter. We have kept our distance from
this person because of his odd behavior of befriending people much younger
than himself, and the fact that he has used several names in the past.

We were contacted by this individual last week and he told us that he was in
the Upper Keys (Florida) and interested in organizing Christian events and
wanted to know if the radio station would promote them. I contacted the
pastor of the church that he mentioned to make him aware of our concern
about this individual, though we did not become aware that we has being
sought by the police until reading the article this morning. At this time,
he could be anywhere in the country or Canada.

I hope that by making you aware of this information and from reading the
attached article (which has a picture of the man) that you can be aware of
this person and make sure that he does not have contact with any young
people. Christian rock events is what this guy does and you need to be
aware of this.
