There are Yahoo Groups that explore social issues that
welcome social issue material . This group is about Mark Heard.
To keep the peace it has to be kept narrowed to that area.
Any discussion of Mark's life, music, music connections, other artists he
was
associated with, or his lyrics is of course inbounds.
Posts that would only fit in with another group's area of interest
are out of bounds. Some members receive group messages in their
mailboxes. Off-topic posts to them would be considered Spam just as
undesirable mail in anyones mailbox is Spam. Lets be considerate to
one other's privacy.
