Mars out on a show at the Crocodile tomorrow (the 8th) and some gig
or other in Portland later this week, or possibly this weekend.

Should be good. The new songs and the "new" lineup are firming up
quite a bit. All I know about Treasure State is what B said: The lead
singer is James Mercer's brother. I like the Shins; I pray that the
gift for delay-layered indiepop is hereditary, would that my children
continue my failed struggle.
