I'm not sure where to reach out regarding a family friend of 30 years,
who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, Stage 3. She is gay,
unemployed and is living in the Philippines. Currently, she is seeking
help to pay for her chemo and radiation which is quite costly. I'm not
sure where and how to reach out as I'm also unable to help financially.
