Isn't "best" a relative term? All three of those records have different personnel, a different group dynamic and are great for different reasons. On "Time" the group still has one foot in the acoustic Jazz tradition. "Evil" is all out electric but still with great interplay by Jarrett and DeJohnette. "Agartha" is like jungle funk meets Stockhausen. I'd buy them all chronologically to hear the evolution of Miles' concept.
