If you like Ascenseur, check out this jazz series (cds)from France
(Gitanes) called Jazz in Paris. Features many of the artists
who played with Miles in Paris - Pierre Michelot, Barney Wilen,
Kenny Clarke, Kenny Dorham, Rene Urtreger, etc. There are many
in this series -some kinda cheezy but some are very cool.
Amazon.fr has all the mp3s. And these discs are all extremely cheap
now - I've gotten several for around $5 - usually on Ebay.
