 Cooking is one of the most diverse cuisines to be found in the
 world, having been influenced by Spanish, French, African, Arabic,
 Chinese and Portuguese cultures.
However, there are two distinctive styles of cooking: "the classic"
 whose techniques and ingredients have been in use for centuries across the
 island and "the new, labeled "Nuevo Cubano", which adds a variety of
 herbs and spices from other cuisines.
In this menu our chefs have tried to incorporate both the new and the
 old.
