David is featured in talk show host Larry King's latest book
entitled Remember Me When I'm Gone The Rich and Famous Write Their
Own Epitaphs and Obituaries. The book features people in several
areas such as entertainers, politicians, journalists, athletes and
entrepreneurs to name a few. Each of the people featured write how
they want to be remembered. David is featured in the section
entitled Grand Finale which begins on page 145 and runs through page
169. David wrote two paragraphs which are featured on the bottom of
page 157. Featured along with David in the section are people such
as Eric Burdon, Kevin Eubanks, Art Garfunkel, Sammy Hagar, Berry
