Make-A-Wish to hold fundraiser Friday

An evening of dancing and music is being planned to help children with
life-threatening diseases.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties will host an evening
that includes music by Davey Jones of the Monkees as well as live and
silent auctions in the Praying Monk Room at The Canyon Club in Agoura
Hills on Friday night.

After a celebration of the power of wishes and the auctions, Jones
will perform. Auction items include art, a Hawaiian resort package, a
signed electric guitar, flying lessons, golf packages and a winery
package.

The Canyon Club is at 28912 Roadside Drive.

The evening begins at 6 p.m. Tickets are $50.
