As soon as I saw this post, I removed the person from the group and
deleted the message.

If you'd like to change membership to "by permission only", I can do
that. However, I'm not sure I like the idea of having to approve all
posts. Unfortunately people often spam message boards and groups, and
it's hard to catch all of them. But I will do whatever the group
decides - just let me know.
