Dear Mu Phi Epsilon Members:
I am contacting you with wonderful news. Lambda Chapter at Ithaca College in
Ithaca, New York is celebrating its 100th year! This is a historic event, and
deserving celebration, so we wanted to tell as many people as possible.
We are having members come from all across the country, and want to extend the
invitation to all members, especially former Lambda members (although we really
encourage everyone possible to come). We sent five members to the convention in
Jacksonville this summer, and we thought one of the most important issues facing
our fraternity is retaining membership after graduation. As many of you are on
that track right now, or have given yourself to the fraternity in many ways for
many years, we want you to come and show how important it is to be a "Mu Phi for
Life".
The date is April 3-5, with a special banquet on April 4th. We wanted to send
this date out as soon as possible, so that the maximum amount of people can
attend. We would really appreciate your presence! There will be a special
banquet with music from our students and faculty, a student recital, welcomes in
the Mu Phi lounge, and tours of beautiful Ithaca! You will be glad you came, and
we would love to have you there.
If you would like more information, contact me at aj.coppola@... Also, if
you would like an invitation by mail, you can receive it by sending me your
mailing address (please don't just reply to this message and use my e-mail
address instead, unless you want everyone to have your response).
Thanks so much for your time, and I really hope you can all join us in Ithaca.
We look forward to seeing all of you!
Musically yours,
AJ Coppola
Lambda Chapter Corresponding Secretary and Centennial Chairperson
PS: If you are a past member of Lambda chapter, please send me your e-mail
address so we can have your information!
